Aero PMD was created in 2016 with the objective of supporting the aerospace industries future needs for new manpower. To accomplish this mandate, Aero PMD has tasked itself with recruiting trainers with the highest level of competencies in each of their respective fields of manufacturing and maintenance in either the aerospace or transportation equipment industry. Since then, we have worked with multiple clients in the industry to ensure that their manpower has an efficient transfer of knowledge. The goal behind those services are to make sure that their new hires are competent, that they are in conformity with the applicable regulations (certifications), and that they meet the growing challenges of new technologies.
