Robert has 40 years of experience in the field of aeronautics. Beginning his career as a structural and mechanical assembler, he developed his expertise for 33 years by holding positions in production management and technical training coordination. He has training in aeronautics, an AEC in supervision, a training of trainer and needs analysis, a Six Sigma green belt certification and two management attestations.
Now retired and still passionate, he continues to provide training and mentoring in management to pass on his experience and passion.
